SpherePlay Tutorial Blog, Week 1: Hand Rolls

Welcome to our weekly video blog. We’ll be teaching a lot of the moves and techniques that we’ve shared with people while we traveled, taught and performed at Renaissance Fairs, Music Festivals, Community Events and SphereCamps all over the US. To let you know where we are coming from, these lessons are designed to help people learn some skills and be inspired to keep playing. Our focus has always been on how we feel while we play and having fun with it. We’re not tech oriented, but we have loads of experience teaching Sphereplay to all kinds of people. We started traveling and teaching contact juggling in 2001 and as it grew, so did our awesome crew. With their help, over 1/2 million people have experienced the playful magic of how to roll and balance spheres. Some continue to play and some just walked away, but they pretty much walked away with at least a big smile on their faces!

We have stopped traveling quite so much but still love to teach and inspire playfulness in people, hence this video blog. We hope you enjoy it!
